Can't wait to read whatever she comes up with to fill the pages of the "Articles". Apparently she believes she can out reason Supreme Court justices?

- out reason Supreme Court justices

A bright 8th grader could take down a couple of these Trump stooges.

Mitch McConnell said he didn't vote to Impeach Trump because there were Laws that would take care of Trump's criminal actions.

Well, those Laws were just thrown in the trash by this Court.

Kudos to AOC for doing the right thing now.

If presidents are immune, Biden should just have them killed and appoint new ones.

Take out Drumpf too.

I've been saying for a while now, when it happens, Republicans will say, it's okay because it was done legally.

If presidents are immune, Biden should just have them killed and appoint new ones.

He doesn't need to even do that.

He could just find them unfit to serve and have them removed, forcefully, as an official duty, for the welfare of the nation.

He could imprison Trump as a traitor to the nation, as an official service to the nation.

It's within his newly granted powers.

But. Biden and democrats are too weak to do anything other than complain and file articles of impeachment.

The far left is getting more and more ridiculous after Thursday. The desperation is omnipresent.

"A bright 8th grader could take down a couple of these Trump stooges." No they couldn't. You're a blithering idiot for even postulating that. Of course that's to be expected from some idiot who can't even pronounce "work" or "probably" properly.

The left putting AOC on a pedestal is akin to the right putting MTG on a pedestal. It's an exercise in stupidity.

She could start with Roberts perjuring himself when he testified under oath that "no one is above the law under our system, and that includes the president. The president is fully bound by the law, the Constitution and statutes."

But let's be honest, the Articles could say anything and you won't really care.

Do you realize this applies to ALL presidents and not just Trump?

Obama acted as judge, jury and executioner when he ordered a drone strike on a US citizen in the Middle East. The guy was a traitor and a terrorist recruiter. I opposed it due to a lack of due process. I never considered prosecuting Obama over it. Presidents sometimes ones have to make snap decisions and in the course of executing their duties need a strong degree of immunity from prosecution when doing so. Otherwise, they will have a decisive paralysis when it comes time to make a time sensitive decision out of fear of prosecution.

There is still one very viable option left to avoid being ruled by a King.

1) ~ Don't elect one in November.

The Supreme Court is acting like the election of Trump is a done deal. IT ISN't!

And while we're at it, give his would-be "court jesters" in the House and Senate the boot, too.

Once done, start immediate impeachment proceedings against Alito and Thomas. I would suggest on January 21, 2025, followed by criminal charges and a long time in prison.

Of course, there are other LESS HUMANE ways to accomplish the same thing but President Biden, being the type of person he is, probably wouldn't go along with it.

Do you realize this applies to ALL presidents and not just Trump?

Do you realize that criminal law literally does not apply to President Trump as of yesterday, and that if any Dem president were indicted, this scam of a court would fond a way to say "haha that's different, go ahead and indict?"

You are so ------- clueless, it's really sad to observe.

#17 | Posted by JOE at 2024-07-02 07:37 AM | Reply

There's a reason that with every fake doctrine this stolen majority invents, there is enough wiggle room to make the ruling purely situational. If Biden is indicted by some rogue red state AG, i have zero doubt that Alito et al will teist themselves into a pretzel to call it unofficial conduct.

In the end yes, but it send a message to the voters about holding them accountable AND it allows the GQP to send a message to the voters that they are cool with corruption and allowing dotardio to be a criminal.

Mitch McConnell said he didn't vote to Impeach Trump because there were Laws that would take care of Trump's criminal actions.

Well, anyone who knows McTurtle knows that he will say whatever he needs to say to justify his actions at THAT MOMENT regardless of what he has said previously and what is true.

That has been his entire career.

Just like when he blocked Obama's SCOTUS pick for almost an entire year because it was "an election year" and then rammed through Covid Barrett 30 days before the election.

Just like the entire GQP.

They will say whatever they need to say to rationalize their behavior.

Remember when they used to respect military service, morals, family values, honesty, integrity, etc.

They all demanded Eliot Spitzer resign and then disappeared into the woodwork when David Vitter was exposed too.

Now they nominate a twice impeached, convicted felon, rapist, pedophile, sexual assualter, corrupt, liar, traitor, criminal, racist, who had five kids with three women all of whom he cheated on, draft dodger who called dead soldiers suckers and losers.

They are a joke.

Of course she is. This is exactly what a politician who cares more about other countries would do. She is more invested in bringing America down than in doing her job of improving this nation.

Squad is marked

One group, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or Aipac, spent nearly $15m (12m) in the primary to unseat the left-wing representative in New York's 16th congressional district.

#20 | POSTED BY NIXON

I wish they were just jokes.

They are wolves coming to attack the "sheep". And we have seen this type of behavior before.

"We enter the Reichstag to arm ourselves with the weapons of democracy. If democracy is foolish enough to give us free railway passes and salaries, that is its problem. It does not concern us. Any way of bringing about the revolution is fine by us."

...

"Do not believe that parliament is our goal. We have shown the enemy our nature from the podiums of our mass meetings and in the enormous demonstrations of our brown army. We will show it as well in the leaden atmosphere of parliament. We are coming neither as friends or neutrals. We come as enemies! As the wolf attacks the sheep, so come we. You are not among your friends any longer! You will not enjoy having us among you!"

AOC needs to act like a respectable Congress person with gravitas instead of a 17yo dancing like a fool in a Karaoke bar. She disrespects everyone who.voted for her.

Should President Biden win this election, the U.S. Supreme Court will have to find an excuse to reverse their immunity decision.

Otherwise, contrary to intentions, they will have made the wrong President a King.

Oh you poor dear magatonian. Did I strike a still functioning nerve?

Obviously you are not a fan of history.

Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it.

And while it is never an exact repeat it certainly rhymes.

Looks like there is finally enough of us who refuse to learn from the mistakes of the past that it's gonna have to come around again.
