Are you serious? That Biden and his power hungry family represent a senseless moral hazard to democracy and competent government is obvious.

It is a core official act to prevent the establishment of fascism and tyranny in the United States, for the protection of its people and the Constitution.

As of this moment, Biden can arrest Trump or Trump will arrest Biden. The Supreme Court has furthered the MAGA coup, begun on 01/06/2021.

The Supreme Court has just made it OK for Biden to arrest you too, ROBSON. God knows that you're not worth killing.

Yes, there is likely to be blood. Thank you Donald Trump and thank you, MAGA. Your hate and your violence will be contagious. People will organize and act in their own defense. It would not surprise me that in the end even ROBSON nurses a broken heart, if he ever had a heart.

Biden should declare Maeshall Law and attrst the members of the Supreme Court that decided he is immune from prosecution and ship Donald Trump down to Guantanamol Let those who claim they want a President to be immune feel the wrath of the first unchainned President and tell them in 90 days they can review their decision. That is the power they want the President to have so I hope old senile Joe gives them a big taste of the power they wnted Trump to have and let Donald feel some retribution, Just do the exact things Trump said he was going to do.Bad timing though, Category 5 hurricane might be there within hours.

It would be irresponsible for Biden not to consider striking first. The Supreme Court has made this a game of chicken. Whoever turns from using these new presidential powers first loses.

This is not a nice game, but I would much rather see it won by Biden than that proven degenerate.

The Supreme Court did Biden the ultimate favor by providing him with total immunity from prosecution for his "official" support for the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people by Israel, who are the ones that are truly above the law in America.

After this SC ruling, I suppose they'll just have to set free all those other former POTUSes who've been imprisoned for their own war crimes. What a tragedy, I tell you!

Hey, ROBSON! Like this new world you helped create? You, too, are a degenerate. You're just not the one running for president. You and your family are likely to be killed by friendly fire in that Civil War you people wished for so badly.

Oh, so anyone that questioned the Judge's actions in the hush money trial were traitors but questioning the SC's decision is ok? At least make a small attempt not to be a hypocrite.

So. Apparently 71% of respondents said president should not have criminal immunity for official acts

I am thinking the sc came up with something that will hurt -------

Only 16% of Americans support immunity

This is an unpopular fringe decision

Behind closed doors, Biden is incredibly happy about this. There are some behind the scenes talks of Reps bringing Biden in front of courts to answer for passing a bill labeled Inflation Reduction Act that had very little in it about inflation reduction and a majority of pet projects and partisan spending in it. But, they can't do that now because of the SCOTUS. There are also talks of bringing several key Dems in front of courts to answer for ignoring immigration laws. But they can't put it all on Biden now so he is grateful for that.

Dems have broken/ignored many laws in the last 4 years and now Biden cannot be tried for them. That's the direction this country has been headed in where every POTUS was going to be in court more than in his office because of partisan bickering. This ruling is a win against that and was very necessary, and abnormally future thinking by the government which is refreshing to see. Unfortunately, the bad part right now is of course the ambiguity between official and unofficial...but that happens after a lot of court decisions and is by design, that's how our government was created and why there are three branches with different responsibilities.

I for one am happy to learn that Biden's family are now officially involved in our executive process, and btw very nice spray tan.

Bidens complete cabinet and VP needs to face the 25th Amendment and arrested for covering up his lies incompetence, open border and crime gone wild. Most countries would demand to have such leadership held accountable.

As part of his resignation speech next week, Diamond Joe should announce a blanket pardon for every member of his government, all Dem elected officials and all Biden family members. 'Cause he can...

84% have been fed lies.

Holder clearly went through the constitutionality of immunity for the executive.

The SCUTUS just formalized Holders research.
That's what has to happen in Lawfare.
