Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Donald Trump, as he made the rounds working to ensure America's continued support of Israel's war.

"Benjamin Netanyahu has spent much of his career in the last two decades in tethering himself to the Republican Party," said Aaron David Miller, a former U.S. diplomat for Arab-Israeli negotiations, now a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

For the next six months, that means "mending ties with an irascible, angry president," Miller said, meaning Trump.

"The Israeli negotiating team is concerned that extra conditions Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently added to the current hostage-ceasefire deal on the table are "intended to cause a crisis," according to sources close to ongoing talks cited by Hebrew media.

"He thinks that if he hardens Hamas's positions he will break them, but he's taking a dangerous bet on the lives of the hostages. There is no more time," the sources are quoted as saying by outlets including the Kan broadcaster and the Ynet news site.

They add that Netanyahu had "built up expectations before his trip to the US so that we can improve our position afterward."

My guess is that Trump told Netanyahu to shut this Israeli/Hamas war down as soon as Trump wins the election ~~ so Trump can claim the credit for being a better President than Biden.

Netanyahu stood up in the People's House and attacked Americans for exercising their 1st amendment rights by protesting his country's ongoing butchery of the Palestinians, calling them "proxies of Iran." Basically, Netanyahu attacked America in its own house, with an embarrassing response of rigorous applause by half those elected "representatives" assembled.

this shows that Netanyahu is an enemy of America because he doesn't believe in the fundamental principles that make America what it is. Same with Trump. Peas in a pod. It's beyond disgusting that this country allows another country and a foreign, psychopathic, supremacist ideology (zionism) to continuously manipulate it into actions that only serve it harm and lead it by the nose towards eventual dissolution.
