People who make loans with that sort of interest rates, they don't turn deadbeats over to collection agencies, they take a more personal interest in collecting what's owed them.

Hey Mike, loans with that kind of interest are usually made by guys who don't ruin your credit rating when you don't pay so even if you can't psy the loan make sure you do pay your health insurance!
