... Musk has been so aggressive in pushing his views about Trump's second term that he's stepping on the toes of Trump's transition team and may be overstaying his welcome at Mar-a-Lago, according to two people familiar with the transition who have spent time at the Palm Beach, Florida, resort over the past week. The sources said that Musk's near-constant presence at Mar-a-Lago in the week since Election Day had begun to wear on people who've been in Trump's inner circle longer than the tech billionaire and who see him as overstepping his role in the transition. Trump is only going to tolerate Musk for so long. As the richest man in the world, he is accustomed to doing things his way. So is Trump. There is bound to be fireworks. Then Trump will play the "I'll ruin you effing business card" and Musk will eventually back off. Putin's puppet will quickly learn how to manipulate oligarchs.

True. Lewzer doesn't need him anymore and Elon is getting to much media exposure.

Again he put two different people in charge of a non existent efficiency agency!
He might as well sent them shopping for a bacon stretcher.

I take that back. Elon needs to hire enough people to go to DC to beef up the inauguration crowd size. Busses, Million dollar cheques, whatever it takes. Biggest crowd, ever. Period.
