You may have been tempted to believe Donald Trump when he swore, along with some of his Republican colleagues, to protect Social Security. If so, the joke may be on you.

"Lee's tweet thread, along with Musk's apparent concurrence, serves as an outline of the arguments the GOP may use to undermine faith in Social Security, the better to soften it up for "reforms" that will translate into costs imposed on retirees, disabled workers and their dependents.
I recently reported on all the ways that Trump could quietly or secretly undermine his pledge to protect Social Security. Lee's thread and Musk's apparent endorsement are different " they amount to a frontal attack on the program."

As lfthndthrds would say---
It's the fault of these retirees for only working 6% of the time.

Now more than ever, anything that sabotages Trump helps the country.
I find it encouraging that Donald's incompetence is already in play. We will use his help.

Trump isn't running the show. He's barely in control of his colon.
Musk is running the show.
He can't become the president. But he can buy the President.
$44 billion was chump change compared to being in control of America.

After you cut the entire military budget, 100% of it, and the entire non-defense budget, it's still $100 billion short of break even on the current deficit.
That leaves the holy trinity, Medicare, Medicaid, & Social Security to cut to keep up with ballooning debt payments.

OR maybe just not giving tax cuts to billionaires and corporations who don't need them.

You misspelled Congress you hateful fool. Only Congress can "rob" social security. And Brandon would NEVER sign off on it.

The feces is about to hit the fan.
There are ~400 million guns in America.
And there are an awful lot of old people looking for a way to exit with honor.
Keep your heads down and your powder dry folks.
And choose your battles.

#12 Like on Meet the Press yesterday, Welker said to Trump that this country has never been so divided. Trump replied that Joe Biden is the president and when he is in office that will change.

On day one!
lol.
Think about it. If you can.
Trumpy is not interested in bringing the country together. He has made that very clear with his "enemies within" jargon.
Aren't you looking forward to his next gloom and doom inauguration speech which will kick off the PURGE? The PURGE is gonna really unite America I tells ya!

Revenge and Retribution is a great plan for uniting the country.
Is he also planning on killing off all the healthcare CEOs? That seemed to almost unite us for a second there.
