Gov. Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency as the H5N1 bird flu virus moves from the Central valley to Southern California herds and federal officials confirmed flu in a Louisiana patient hospitalized with severe illness.

Umm, this is serious. Guess which state is our nation's #1 producer of dairy products? I'll wager we will witness more proactive and effective leadership from Gov. Newsom and his administration that from the in-coming Court of King Dotard II.
