Has Lewzer opened that giant faucet to supply California with unlimited fresh, clean, beautiful water yet?

He's had a day to open it. Is the water on the way?

Trump has a child like understanding about how complicated things work.

Don't tell me that the water isn't coming? California needs it for firefighting as well as farming.

He said he'd open the giant faucet and make it happen. Big, beautiful fresh water!
