OK, MAGA. Is Donald Trump a criminal or is he a criminal?

It's obvious that he wants to bribe someone and have no trouble about it.

I wonder who the first one will be?

Because it won't be just one.

Prediction: this will be a post that MAGATS avoid because they would have to acknowledge Trump's lawlessness.

Of course, they won't show their faces here. Any thread where it's clear Trump IS the swamp will be devoid of our resident Trumpers.

Once upon a time I represented a seller (Australian) against a manufacturer (Houston). The seller's principal routinely traveled internationally with various tools and equipment. He was often questioned about those items by various customs officials. He admittedly paid small "gratuities" to such officials to get on down the road.

At trial I convinced the judge to exclude that evidence because in those circumstances it's just a fact of life in international business.

That said, I don't get where the Buffoon in going with this.
