Herr Musk hates it when Judges fail to return his Nazi salute, all because of that stupid Constitution thingy.

Judge Rules Dismantling of USAID Was Unconstitutional

I beleive so long as the Executive branch implements Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) the President is within the Executive Branch authority to do it as he pleases. Given the fact that that USAID was created by the Executive branch to deal with the FAA, and not created by Congress. Its abolishment is fine if done through the State Department.

The Judge hasn't laid out the evidence that Trump isn't adhering to the FAA. Only his opinion that FAA can only be implemented by USAID.

Is he more or less racist than LYD? Because I don't see many racist post by this new poster, but I certainly see them in LYD.

Silence is consent, why do you consent to LYD's racist posts, Alexandrite at least calls him out (much respect to him for that).

But you lyinYav use the "racist" trope as a political weapon, IOW your word on the subject means nothing.

So in your opinion US Military is nothing but thugs, and criminals, but Tren de Aragua deserves "due process" and unfettered access to rampage in apartment complexes oppressing its occupants.

Americans are ------- off their rockers.

is I wrong? Thinking that constitutionality issues belong to the supreme court?
That judge aloha said 'likely violated' instead of simply 'violated'?
HE knows his limit, but YOU do not.

1ItchyPlumper, is your purpose on the DR to reinforce the idea Trump supporters ignorant morons?

Because you both, time after time, do a phenomenal job of proving how ignorant Trumpers are.

Maybe limit the sheer amount of stupidity you post on a single thread, so it's not as obvious.

Trumpers:

"Judges don't have a right to be a check on the presidency!"

The constitution:

"The judicial branch serves as a check on the executive branch"

Trumpers:

"Let's destroy the country!"

Squinting against the flac, I want to ask-
Why did the judge aloha declare Trump's action 'likely violated the United States Constitution' instead of the feverishly certain 'Unconstitutional' declaration espoused by corky et al?

What, that's it?
Wake me up when one of your judges injunctions an air strike or bombing raid.
