"The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the Trump administration's emergency motion to block the order to return Garcia to the U.S. after he was sent to a prison in El Salvador despite having protected legal status.''

Kings don't take orders from Courts.

"The Constitution charges the President, not federal district courts, with the conduct of foreign diplomacy and protecting the Nation against foreign terrorists, including by effectuating their removal"

That's not what happened in this case.
There was no foreign terrorist removed.

Can the President enter a treaty without Congress?
Can the President declare war without Congress?

Sure seems like Foreign Policy has laws that limit the president's power.

But, they've got a lot of opinions and they're ------- mad about how ------ their lives are.

So they blame immigrants and homosexuals and democrats and liberals and the left and the progressives.

But you know who they never blame for their ---- lives? Themselves.

They're the dumbest people in America.

"A Justice Department lawyer conceded in a court hearing that Abrego Garcia should not have been deported. Attorney General Pam Bondi later removed the lawyer, Erez Reuveni, from the case and placed him on leave." wtop.com

Very on-message for Trump to fire someone for stating the obvious truth.
