Trump Asks Supreme Court to Block Return of Wrongly Deported Man

The Trump administration has asked the Supreme Court for emergency intervention in the case of a Maryland man the government -- by its own admission -- removed to El Salvador by mistake and now must return by 11:59 p.m. on Monday under a lower court's order.

There are three possible conditions that if one exists gives him power of the Alien Enemies Act.

Don't you have to have permission from the (Federal) government to sue the government? I believe it's covered under the King is Always Right clause of Second Corinthians. And it says so right on the hat. "Trumpy is always right!"
