Trump said he'll be meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin next Friday in Alaska after earlier in the day previewing terms of a potential peace deal to end the war in Ukraine that could include "some swapping of territories." Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky quashed the idea of any territory formally changing hands. In a video address after Trump's announcement, he said Ukraine is "also ready to work together with President Trump," but vowed his people "will not give their land to the occupier."

In his statement after Trump's announcement, Zelensky said: "Any decisions that are against us, any decisions that are without Ukraine, are also decisions against peace.

"These are dead solutions. They will never work. And we all need a real, living peace that people will respect."

The Kremlin's Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov confirmed the meeting in Alaska, adding that it "seems quite logical" for such an important summit to take place in Alaska with the Russian delegation simply flying over the Bering Strait and the two countries' maritime border.

Ushakov revealed Russia has already invited Trump for a follow-up meeting in Russia.

To ratify one country's rapacious takeover of another country's territory, terrorizing and murdering people?

Trump really is a disgusting puke.

Trump is a wimp going to meet with this guy even after all the times that he's humiliated him?

Donald takes terrible revenge on the weak for insulting him.

For Putin he brings Vasoline.

@#3 ... Trump is a wimp going to meet with this guy even after all the times that he's humiliated him? ...

Pres Trump initially wanted Pres Zelensky to also be in attendance. But that apparently was nixed by Pres Putin.

So Pres Trump, in order to keep the optics of a meeting with Pres Putin, gave in [again] to Pres Putin's demand.

This is Trump proving that he never had any other plan other than to side with Russia.... and all those Oligarchs that he laundered money for, including the one that he sold the property he stole from behind Epstein's back for $40 million and sold to the Oligarch who gave him the $40 million, and then bought the property outright from Trump later for $90 million.

Then Trump dropped the dime on Epstein to Miami PD before Epstein could squeal on Trump's money laundering.

And Vlad has the docs on all these money laundering transactions Trump has been doing with various Russian Oligarchs for literally decades now.

You mean the docs on transactions such as these?

BaFin to Deepen Deutsche Bank Money Laundering Investigation (Feb 2019)
www.financemagnates.com

...Deutsche Bank released a statement on Friday saying that BaFin, the German financial regulator, has extended the remit of an independent auditor examining the lender's role in the Danske Bank money laundering scandal.

The case stems from an ongoing investigation into the Danish bank's Estonian division.

After a whistle-blower sounded the alarm about the activity of certain customers, most of whom were from Russia and the former Soviet Union, in late 2018, it became apparent that Danske Bank's Tallinn-based operations were doing business with some less than scrupulous individuals.

It is alleged that the bank laundered around $225 billion from 2007 to 2014. If that is the case, it would potentially be the largest instance of money laundering ever uncovered.

Deutsche Bank falls into the mix as it acted as Danske Bank's main correspondent bank. According to the Financial Times, the German bank was responsible for facilitating $180 billion in suspicious transactions....

Deutsche Bank Offices Are Raided In Money Laundering Probe (Nov 2018)
www.npr.org

...In recent years, Deutsche Bank has been in the news not only for its prominence in the Panama Papers, but also for its ties to President Trump, in a tumultuous relationship that goes back some 20 years.

Trump and the bank once sued each other after he failed to repay a $300 million loan. And the author and reporter Luke Harding has described a "shuffle of money" between the bank's dealings with figures in Russia and its business with Trump. ...

From what I've heard over the years...

In the late 1990's, early 2000's, it seemed that citizen Trump had blown through his final inheritance. In spite of that, he apparently came up with 100's of millions of $$$ from somewhere (or someone?) to build golf courses in Scotland and buy another one.

It was reported that he ultimately spent 100's of millions of dollars on those golf courses.

But where did all that money come from?
