The troops need to be stationed INSIDE the homes of suspected criminal domestic abusers. WE GOTTA BRING THE CRIME RATE TO ZERO!

He grew up during a time where "marital rape" could not happen. It was not possible under the law at that time. A woman was property of the man. Period. Women's coverture laws finally died in the late 70's. Marital rape was finally outlawed in 1993 in the United States.
