"Furthermore, we requested a meeting with the Washington D.C. prosecutors to explain the facts and they refused to discuss the case with us or hear our side."

Neither Cuellar nor his attorney immediately responded to calls seeking comment on the matter. Officials with the U.S. Department of Justice did not immediately confirm the indictments.

Wait, something is wrong here, where are the angry tweets from POTUS questioning AG Merrick Garland about indicting a Democrat and putting a 2025 House majority in jeopardy? Where's the sarcastic tweet, "Good job, Merrick..."? Oh, wait that was Dotard putting a fat little thumb on the scale when his DOJ indicted GQP crooks, Drunken Hunter and Chris Collins. Dark Brandon has acted correctly maintaining an independent DOJ.

It's a hoax! Just a republican witch hunt by the corrupt Trumpy crime family!

Just kidding. That's how maga republicans would respond to those kind of allegations against a Republican.

If they have committed crimes I hope they are held accountable.

That's the rational response.

The MAGAS are acting like a tribal entity. They see loyalty to the group and "Dear Leader" as more important than justice or fairness. Or even rule of law.

Kind of like Israel actually. If Trump wins it will be a catastrophe.

On so many levels.

Sadly that is most likely intended to teach Rep Henry Cuellar to not ever take on the Joe Biden open borders that harms Americans.
