I'm assuming that this woman was an adult. I certainly don't condone sexual assault, but she made the choice to get uncontrollably wasted with a stranger.

I'm not sure that you understand what it means to not condone something. It sure sounds like you are pushing the blame back on to the victim.

Here's a simple rule to help you.
Can and did the person legally consent to sex?
If the answer is not yes and yes then the blame lies solely on the perpetrator.

Also, he's not a stranger.

This story reminded me of a story from 2022.

GOP voters selected a man who was facing charges for murdering his wife in a primary election. Thought I would look up the details and learned that man was recently convicted of manslaughter and also happens to be from Indiana, not too far from where Mr. RapedMyDaughterInVegas comes from actually.

is making the choice to get as you characterize it " uncontrollably wasted" the same as making a choice to be sexually assaulted?
And even if someone begged someone to sexually assault them that someone would still be guilty of a crime if they proceeded to do so, yes?

Can a person choose to have a violent crime committed against them?
