The Dolt Patrol can shut down the program, but companies will not stop manufacturing methods, in search for even greater efficiency of use. No one is showing up at the hardware store searching for incandescent light bulbs, because (1) they are no longer made, and (2) LED bulbs use much less energy, give off less heat and last years longer. I'll bet all DR readers that one could walk into any Dump Hotel and find LED bulbs everywhere. Less energy use and less labor cost to keep all the lights on.
