Minimal Value:

Gifts exceeding the minimal value are considered to be gifts to the people of the United States and must be handled by the General Services Administration (GSA).
GSA Disposition:
The GSA determines how these gifts are used, including donating them to the National Archives, transferring them to the President's future presidential library, or selling them.
