A prominent local member of the Proud Boys joined four other leaders of the far-right extremist group in a lawsuit against the Department of Justice on Friday, demanding more than $100 million in damages over their convictions for participating in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.

I think accepting a pardon is admitting he's guilty, so he's just after the money. He'll probably get it.

Will the Trump admin's DoJ just agree to give the money to them?

What might DOGE think about this expenditure? Or GOP Congress folk? Is this a part of waste, fraud and abuse?

On one hand, Republicans are outraged insurrection's were held accountable for their actions.

On the other hand, Los Angelenos who are fighting back against the government need to face the consequences of their actions.

It's not possible to be a republican without being a liar and a full blown hypocrite.
