Good.

He apparently violated the policies of ABC News.

If only Fox News were so fastidious.

Fox news plead in court that they're not news, they're entertainment. We've seen the text messages where they colluded to lie to their viewers and tell their viewers what they want to hear instead of the truth.

He was fired for calling them "World Class Haters"?

This is why Demowussies lose time and time again.

Republican would have circled their wagons around one of their own and protected him.

Meanwhile, "To err is human, to forgive divine," Musk said in a repost to X of a post from Vice President JD Vance that also supported the staffer's reinstatement.

Why? You don't believe in free speech?

@#4 ... You don't believe in free speech? ...

He violated ABC company policies.

Well, he does support hateful policies, technically,
hate and fear are intimately connected; fear is the prime human motivation, the most effective advertisement. SO of course all politicians will employ fear, (hate), -to get what they want. The right hate illegal immigration, and the left hates the right, for instance. Each side is motivated by hate, (fear).

...I think, just myself think, the hate manipulation is designed at level, to maintain a balance of a sort, designed so the winners can collect from the losers for an even balance, and the (((bookie))) takes his cut from the middle.

Unless I read the article incorrectly. His statement about Trump and Miller were made on personal time, not company time.

He's being punished for expressing himself, which should be protected by the first amendment.

The problem is, as always, democrats are expected to have standards whereas republicans have none.

This is why Democrats will Keep Losing.

He is a public-facing personality for ABC News. As such, his employment agreement likely has terms that prevent the use of personal accounts in the alleged manner.

I have signed employment agreements that restricted what I could say on social media.

So, this boils down to what his employment agreement states. And I doubt any of that agreement is public.

If Mr Moran thinks he was unjustly fired, then there are the Courts ...

"his employment agreement likely has terms that prevent the use of personal accounts in the alleged manner."

The boilerplate language is something akin to "actions or statements which reflect negatively against ABC..."

Although what worries me is, they're firing people for telling the obvious truth.

Id wager it has more to do with the fact Trump is very litigious and has already won several cases against the media.

He has effectively killed journalism.

Unfortunately Trump has proven truth is subjective.

If he says the sun rises in the west and enough people agree with it, the it's so.

Apply that to all things Trump and that's why we're in the situation were in today.

I agree that may be part of it (a major part, likely).
