'Shortly after Trump's post, Iranian media reported explosions and heavy air defense fire in Tehran. It's unclear if there was any relation between Trump's post and that attack.
By skipping the second full day of the G7 summit, Trump is also skipping meetings with leaders including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.'

Air Force One is a 'flying White House' and USSECSTATE Marco Rubio accompanied Trumpf, so the Dotard had no reason to go. The rest of the G7 summiteers didn't abandon the conference and are in touch with their intelligence and diplomatic agencies. Addressing the Israeli war on Iran together with the G7 leaders would have been the logical thing to do. Trumpf's failed statecraft makes it difficult for him to deal with rational leaders and he knows it. So without friends at the summit and nothing to say to Volodomir Zelensky or Claudia Sheinbaum, Trumpf felt isolated. The Israeli onslaught on Iran gave him an excuse to leave. TACO = Trumpf Always Chickens Out

This is Trump's War... it would not be happening had he not destroyed the 5 Nation agreement with Iran not to develop certain nuclear capabilities.

It's not a war. It's a "negotiation", from which he will chicken out.

Trump Is at a Moment of Choosing as Israel Looks for More US Help Crushing Iran's Nuclear Program www.military.com
... President Donald Trump in about eight hours went from suggesting a nuclear deal with Iran remained "achievable" to urging Tehran's 9.5 million residents to flee for their lives as he cut short his visit to an international summit to return to Washington for urgent talks with his national security team. Trump arrived at the White House early Tuesday at a moment of choosing in his presidency. Israel, with five days of missile strikes, has done considerable damage to Iran and believes it can now deal a permanent blow to Tehran's nuclear program -- particularly if it gets a little more help from the Republican president. But deepening American involvement, perhaps by providing the Israelis with bunker-busting bombs to penetrate Iranian nuclear sites built deep underground or offering other direct U.S. military support, comes with enormous political risk for Trump. "Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, it's very simple," Trump told reporters on Air Force One during his overnight flight back to Washington. ...

The only plane that can carry it is America's B2. Reports are there are now several of them on Diego Garcia, a relatively easy flight to Iran, refueling on the way back from U.S. fuel tankers relocated to Europe.
BTW, I was on Diego Garcia doing a USO show just after the runway was completed and there were only corrugated tin shacks to sleep in. Straight out of South Pacific vibe. Ran into a guy I went to high school with. One of only 106 personnel on the atoll. Christmas Day. Small world. Very special memory.

Haven't spoken with him in a few years. Ya, that was a one-in-a-billion meeting on a small atoll that's about as far away from anywhere else on Earth as you can get.
BTW, I meant to type "B1 bomber," not B2. All the pieces of U.S. involvement are now stationed where they could carry out multiple bunker buster bombing raids on Iran's mountain lab (needing more than one in the same hole to get to the 200+' depth). We're the only ones who can pull it off.
I wonder what MAGAts who heard Trump rail against U.S. involvement in conflicts will use to justify Trump's TACO on military involvement? They're pretzels with no moral compasses, so they'll probably be cheering him on.

Quick read says you were right the first time. The B-2 looks like the only platform for the one they need.

Lettuce all remember why we are at this point in Iran:
Donald Trump fumbled the ball when he took the Sanctions off of Iran... no one made him do it, most told him NOT to do it.
But he did it anyway and here we are.
Even the G7 say no way Iran can have nuclear weapons; because Vlad will be the one who'll decide when to pull the trigger there.
Kinda like he does here now.

Like clockwork, you can track which elected leaders from both parties will bang the table loudest for the US military to intervene against Iran with the below websites. Listen or read their words, then check to see how much AIPAC has been funding them:

To ensure support for their bills, the clever Democrats in Congress use helping Ukraine as a smokescreen, when their real mission is subsidizing Israel. This is what US Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has done well these past three years. "See! This bill helps Ukraine!" (and Israel too).
