He was probably one of America's first 'Joe Rogaines," blighting our airwaves with distractions and blather. Before Sliwa established the Guardian Angels, he was a night manager at a McDonald's in the Bronx or Brooklyn. That's obviously an outstanding qualification to run the world's largest metropolis.
