The FBI redacted Donald Trump's name, along with the names of other prominent public figures, from references in the Jeffrey Epstein files, three people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's Jason Leopold.

Rep. Dan Goldman: "Mike Johnson shut down congress because he did not want the Epstein Files to be released ... He refused to bring a vote to the House floor that would require the release of the full Epstein files that would have passed."

Internal directives instructed about 1,000 FBI agents to flag any mention of Trump during a March review of roughly 100,000 pages of records, people familiar with the process told Bloomberg.

The Justice Department said the review turned up no "client list" or evidence linking Trump to criminal activity, despite his name appearing in Epstein's contact book and flight logs.

It is looking like the cover-up is continuing.

This isn't suspicious in the least.

I understand the lowlifes Trump hires can carry out his orders without either blinking g or blushing. My question is, can they think? Saying you're going to release these EpsteinEpsteinEpstein files and blow the lid off of ... oh, whatever ... and then having your flunkies supervise the scrubbing of those files is a terrible look. Especially when so many of your marks wear tinfoil chapeaux as a "precaution" because they've "done their own research."

Is there anything preventing Trump from telling the FBI to unredact his name?

I'm always confused by this kind of post. Are you saying that corruption in the past or by the other party excuses the corruption of those in power now? If you were so outraged in the past, why aren't you now?

And just to cut you off here, I decry any and all corruption by either party, neither which I support.

The public is way beyond Trump's games by now. All he does is open the door to more skepticism . . . . and dragging his feet, so to speak, until after the midterms.

The media that Trump calls "the enemy of the people" is going to have a hayday with this latest gimmick to hide his own pedophilia from the public and it's going to cost him seats in the go-along GOPers in Congress who still hold out hope that Trump will help them keep their seats with his gerrymandering scheme.
