"She said expected Abrego Garcia to succeed in his argument that he doesn't have protection against deprivation of freedom or liberty.

"The government can certainly right the ship by showing me how it is that Uganda has made such representation that Mr. Abrego's freedom won't be curtailed, that he will not be subject or torture or constitution, or that he would otherwise not be refouled to El Salvador," she said."

Crazy how we can deport someone to a country they didn't come from and aren't a citizen of, when they aren't even convicted of any crime.

Republicans, explain why this isn't crazy.

He's a stateless person
AI Overview
A stateless person is an individual not considered a citizen by any country under its laws, denying them basic rights like education, healthcare, and employment. Causes of statelessness include gaps in nationality laws, discriminatory laws, border changes, lack of birth registration, or being born to stateless parents. Millions are affected globally, living marginalized lives without official documents, but specific numbers are difficult to determine.

This guy will be put into a cell in some federal detention house, and will leave in a body bag, just as the guy, oh--what's his name? Oh, yes, Jeffrey Epstein...

Dems do love their criminals. Hope they keep up this type of behavior all the way up to 2028, as you know that will attract rational voters to the dems - Right?......

Agree as since he is a citizen of El Salvador, he should be sent back there where I do believe that he will be well received ; )

That doesn't explain why the United States gets to send him to Uganda.

Remind us Dems, what's Kilmar guilty of, specifically?

And do you love criminals too, seeing as Trump is in fact guilty of multiple felonies?

Why should he be sent anywhere?

To cover public incompetence and embarrassment?

To scare everyone into "self deporting"?

Why?

This guy is being Persecuted by the State.

Because the Administration is embarrassed by their Own mistakes.

That's a far more serious crime than anything he's done, or failed to do.

Deport Trump to Hell. Immediately.

That's the solution.

Why?

Why did he ask for asylum from his country?

You don't need to be convicted of a crime to be deported.

Why should he be sent anywhere?

Because he came here, and stayed here illegally? Why shouldn't the whole world be allowed to enter the US without authorization?

Whats crazy is the US has built 27M homes since 1990, yet has 55M outstanding visas, like mine. Children like Snoofy will whine about not being able to buy a home, all the while arguing for more population to enter and stay in the country illegally.

#10 | POSTED BY EFFETEPOSER AT 2025-08-27 11:06 AM | FLAG: Should be sent because he is an illegal, and by federal law and needs to be deported:

GOOGLE AI Overview
Federal law provides the basis for deporting non-citizens, including undocumented immigrants. While federal law does not explicitly "demand" deportation in all cases, a person who is unlawfully present in the U.S. is subject to removal proceedings, detention, and possible criminal penalties. The law is enforced by agencies like U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection.

He already had a deportation order that he got a legal stay because of an asylum claim that he would be in danger going back to El Salvador.

He will likely be deported very soon.
