There's a Transcript if you don't want to watch the video, but it's worth the effort.

There were no Chapters and verses in the original letters, and in Chap 2 we see what Paul is doing in Chapter 1... setting up his mic drop.

Therefore, he said, don't judge/condemn others for their imperfections, sexual or otherwise... because that's not your job; it's above your pay grade.

By all accounts, Jeebus was prolly gay. Not sayin', just observin'.

I report, you decide.

People are born homosexual.

People aren't born Christian.

Religion is forced upon people at a young age in order to brainwash them into accepting it.

Thanks, Matt... looks interesting.

- Jeebus was prolly gay.

Yeah, I know, right? All that love your neighbor as yourself (which requires loving one's self, btw). All that forgiving and praying for your enemies and looking after the poor and the strangers and those in prison.

And that long hair and no pants?

That's gay as ----.

At the time in Rome, sex was forced on women, slaves, and servants... but I repeat myself.

Same as there are people Among Us born with mixed -------- there are surely people born with mixed brains who have wept with hatred at what they desire and beg to God to make it go away.

We are obligated to show them compassion.

Stop taking that out of context.

It means you cant condemn them to hell, only God can do that.

But you can have an opinion on their conduct and whether you accept it or not.

lol.... it means what it says. Had Paul meant to Hell he would have said so. Scholars who study the language know what it means, and I've read those scholars.

Heaven and Hell aren't the only choices; there are many rewards or not in Heaven, and some will be rewarded more than others.

David had a friend of his killed so he could have the friend's wife, Bathsheba. He wasn't punished to Hell, he was punished by not being allowed to build the Second Temple, rather his son Solomon did.

Your sins and mine are as bad as anyone else's, including people who are gay by choice or circumstance. "All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." Paul again in the same Roman letter.

God sees sins as all same in that they are imperfections, albeit some may have worse consequences than others. My old Pastor from Stanford put it this way: Imagine you are atop the Empire State Building looking down at two people on the street.

One is Shaq O'Neill and the other Danny DeVito. But from your height, there is so little difference that they look the same to you.

Lighten up, Major; you are no one's judge in this world or the next. You get to make choices and have opinions, but you don't get to condemn others in this world or the next.

And if you do, it will be as Paul said, you will be judged by the same harsh judgement you have used, Toe Boy.

When thou considereth the "Rod of God", thinkest thou:

A) I exalt in the downfall of mine enemies!
B) Whoa unto me in my sinfulness!
c) Yum yum good eats!

Selected versus of the King Trump's Bible

"The earth is the Lord's and all that is in it, the world, and those who live in it. Except for the gays."

and

"...creation itself will be set free from its ------- to decay and will obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. Except for the gays."

Using the Gov and churches to punish people who have different imperfections than one's self is really the point... it's not the Christian thing to do.

Funny part is reading JC's Sermon on the Mount and other texts, he is all about two things; loving others as you do yourself and that the love of money is the root of all evil in the world.

;;
Which is more like most libs in this country, and on these pages, than it is like most self-righteous rwingers; hypocrites who most resemble the Pharisees (who were the religion also the GOV) that Jesus condemned.

In reality, twin studies showed that if an identical twin was gay, so was the other. And in fraternal twins, who share half of each others DNA, it's 50%.

We knew this since the early nineties, but the scientists got pilloried for suggestion behavior had a genetic link. So it was all buried.

"In 1993, geneticist Dean Hamer and colleagues published research in Science analyzing 40 families with two gay brothers. They found that 33 out of 40 pairs (about 64%) shared markers in Xq28, far more than the expected 50% by chance. The statistical strength (LOD score of 4.0) suggested a strong genetic link to at least one subtype of male sexual orientation, with odds against randomness at about 1 in 100,000."

And yes, they did twin separation studies - both twins grow up gay despite being in separate households.

Their is a gay gene. You are born gay. But then, you knew that since you where little, didn't you?

No no no, its 50-60% identical twin. Fraternal was much lower.

incase you yell LINK!
But no study showed that if one identical twin was gay, then the other one was always gay as well. We'd expect both twins in an identical twin pair to share a purely genetic trait 100% of the time. Because they don't, the environment definitely plays a role. But not like you might think.
