Two people are dead and several others are injured after a shooting at the Lucky Eagle Casino on the Kickapoo reservation this weekend, according to law enforcement.

I'm assuming this means they used the Flock Surveillance cameras to track the vehicle. Not some tracking device placed on the vehicle - that would make it weird.
