"The court sided with Comey on Monday, with Nachmanoff ruling that "the circumstances of this case do not support the government's proposed limitations on the sharing of Protected Material' with Defendant or prospective defense witnesses, which would unnecessarily hinder and delay Defendant's ability to adequately prepare for trial."

Protected Material.... LIKE THE EPSTEIN FILES!

There are no one liners here.

Just hope Comey can win.

This case will be dismissed.

I am informed by MAGA that the point was never really to see Comey face "justice".

The point was to make him go through some things.

Because Donald Trump remembers and never forgives anything or anyone that hurts his fee-fees.

God I hope you're right Zed.

As a bonus if the case is dismissed Comey likely can press charges.

"prosecutors weren't ready or willing to turn over the criminal case file to his lawyers."

Isn't that what's done upon indictment?!?

What...they're still trying to find new evidence??? Maybe something actually illegal? Or did they submit something to the grand jury inappropriately?

Fact is, the only reason the "evidence" hasn't been turned over, is it would result in an immediate dismissal.

I know you have the memory of a goldfish, so let me help.

1. Comey didn't drop the Russia investigation like Trump wanted.
2. Comey didn't drop the Michael Flynn investigation like Trump wanted.
3. Trump fired Comey after he refused to pledge loyalty to Trump.
4. Comey has said bad things about Trump.
5. Comey testified against Trump.

Does that help? Or were you just "playing" dumb?

What...they're still trying to find new evidence???

As with Letitia James, the DOJ is nothing more than Trump's personal vendetta machine.

Guilty until proven innocent has always been the Republican Motto, now they're putting it into practice.

#9. Your list is lacking a number of key things that occurred. My question was a set up and you were all too eager to expose your dishonesty.

@#9 ... the memory of a goldfish ...

There's this ...

Do goldfish really have a 3-second memory? (2021)
www.livescience.com

... Goldfish are known for their orange hues and terrible memories. One common saying even claims that these creatures have a mere 3-second recall.

However, this is a complete myth that, despite its lack of scientific backing, has spread widely and remained largely undisputed by the public for decades.

"What is baffling is that it's pretty much the same wherever you go in the world," Culum Brown, an expert in fish cognition at Macquarie University in Australia, told Live Science. "In some places, it's 2 seconds, and in others, it's 10 -- but it's always short."

In reality, goldfish (Carassius auratus) have much longer memories -- spanning weeks, months and even years, Brown said. And the science to back this up has been around for more than 60 years.

"We've known about the reasonably good memories of goldfish since the '50s and '60s," Brown said. "Despite what everybody thinks, they're actually really intelligent." ...

When you expose your dishonesty, are you ever affected by it?

MAGA does not have honesty as a concept. This is why it also doesn't have hypocrisy as a concept.

This is why your attempts to beat other people over the head with honesty and hypocrisy are silly and annoying.

I really hope that you hold no position in life where the fate of others is in your hands, in even some small way.
