I figured out that Argentina scam a few weeks ago thanks to A_Friend.

Argentina has reneged on IMF loans twenty times. Libertarian loser Javier Milei is going to skip to Israel in a few years with his pockets full of American taxpayer cash and Tel Aviv won't extradite him.
