It could now take months to repair a broken sewer pipe that pumped millions of gallons of wastewater into the Potomac River about 8 miles from the White House.

Dee Cee uses its sewage as a weapon... to garner profit... There is a speed trap on the 295 into Dee Cee... causing you to drive slower as you pass the wastewater plant.
