Videos show flames and a plume of thick smoke following an explosion at a Valero oil refinery in Port Arthur, Texas. Police have told local media they believe an industrial heater caused the blaze and there are no reports of injuries.

yes but not much and in fact because of terrific response to the event,

and was contained pretty quickly.

hopefully your rightful prediction will prove not so much and more importantly

the oil futures people will see that quick action taken.
