More from the cited article ...

... The operational impact of U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss' decision was not immediately clear -- both because it will likely be appealed and because too much damage to the public-broadcasting system has already been done, both by the president and Congress.

Moss ruled that President Donald Trump's executive order to cease funding for NPR and PBS is unlawful and unenforceable. The judge said the First Amendment right to free speech "does not tolerate viewpoint discrimination and retaliation of this type." ...

"Moss ruled that President Donald Trump's executive order to cease funding for NPR and PBS is unlawful"

Nice play with words... Just another dick-measuring contest from a Federal judge.

No one is stopping NPR or PBS from saying whatever they want to say.

I look at some of the trolling against this decision and I really do feel the...hate for our Constitutional Republic. Of course, they tried to destroy Voice of America just because...
The truth is not allowed in a fascist state, like Russia, like China, like in Trump's administration.

#4. Taxpayer funded media that pushes left wing dogma and is a mouthpiece for the DNC has NOTHING to do with our constitutional order. That is what NPR and PBS are and that's fine, they can be that without taxpayer funding.

"Taxpayer funded media that pushes left wing dogma and is a mouthpiece for the DNC"

Where did you find this mission statement for Voice Of America?

So the sixty years of provining real news to people behind the Iron Curtain was illegal under the Constitution, is that what you're pitching?

Have you ever heard of The Stars And Stripes newspaper, taxpayer funded media for the troops stationed overseas.

Does that likewise have nothing to do with our "Constitutional order?"
