Hmmmmm an ultimatum

He will screw up DC just like the eastwing and the reflecting pool. LET HIM! MARTER OF FACT. INSIST ON IT. He will screw it up.

He will make DC a monument to mediocre white men for the world to see.

DC will have to undergo a little pain but the resultant illumination will be worth it.
