In Dec 2025, the sinister and inept Trumpf junta appointed this teleporting "Dr Who" -- Gregg Phillips -- to lead FEMA's Office of Response and Recovery.

Hi Alexandrite

Good catch. Norman Spinrad's episode. And James Doohan's missing finger remains cleverly unseen.

Here it is: www.youtube.com

I should have worded my comment: "A famous transporter scene from the 1960s Star Trek series (with the musical score)."

Thanks for the memories.

Not to worry, he'll just teleport back into FEMA.

There are some wildly talented and experienced people out there, who would love to work for FEMA, but the loyalty pledge, which in effect says one has to be a Trump cult member, is too much. Weird thing number two...Florida is Trump's home state and it is always in the crosshairs to be clobbered by hurricanes, and still, Trump doesn't insist on talent to work for FEMA.

If he was smart, he would have just teleported the waffles to his own house.

Anyone can teleport to a Waffle House after too many shots lead to a blackout ...
