Under the Geneva Conventions of 1949, which the US has fully ratified and are therefore part of US law (18 US Code Ch 118), Trump's stated plans to attack on civilian infrastructure in Iran constitute war crimes.

Donald is already a criminal with random murders in various oceans.

But, as expected, he's developed a taste for blood.

Darkly, perversely, I shrug when I read that someone, somewhere will hold Trump or Netanyahu for that matter, to the rule of law. He murdered over 80 Iranians who were meeting at his request...We are an outlaw country with nukes...and so is Israel and no one will hold Trump to accounts.
