Aaron F. Farinacci, of Spokane, was arrested Monday and booked on suspicion of first-degree arson in connection with the Old Trails Fire.

An arrest or indictment is merely an allegation. Aaron F. Farinacci is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Thats stupid. liberal sentencing (10 years for killing your father) let prisoners out of prison early, or because of COVID ... this is what it gets you more mayhem.

The purpose of prison isn't to rehabilitate, its to get those that broke the social contract off the streets so they don't cause more havoc.
This is not something todays Democratic Socialist want, what they want is to abolish the cops, abolish the prisons, abolish all the things that make America, America.
