The tariffs will DESTROY manufacturing.

Now any company that uses base products like steel will pay substantially more for it. This drives up the cost of the goods they produce and making them less competitive.

And we know this because we tried it under Bush.

You might get some increase in domestic sales of certain products because buyers more likely choose American products. But selling those products overseas just became harder as the cost to manufacturer increased.

This is basic ECON 101.

You're insane.

As to the money.....you've made it obvious the donors don't bother you, the sums don't bother....it's only about who they give it to.
