It's possibly a win in a possible future for a selected few.

The problem with these republican ----- is they want us to have compassion for food challenged West Virginians because they had a choice and they chose to FAFO and got stuck in the new "American poverty" ( w/ internet access) ... because they are Americans.

But we are not to have sympathy for the Cubans or Venezuelas, Ukrainians, Iranians, Gazans, or immigrants and refugees, etc who did not choose extreme poverty with none of those things. All because of some imaginary lines on the earth.

Compassion does not work that way. Compassion is actually open borders.

That's why I'm pretty sure Beverly and his shrinking circle of maga friends don't understand compassion at all. And probably don't want to. If they did they would feel the pressure to do something about it. And that is not in the new maga "Warriors Ethos".

Here in the United States we believe that governments do not give you your rights; instead, the U.S. Constitution and laws recognize and protect rights that are considered inherent to human beings.

This is true. I grew up in rural Virginia (the original Virginia) and my dad had to work 4 jobs to feed us hungry boys. When I left home I left with the clothes I was wearing and a few dollars in my pocket.

It was my education that allowed me to vote with my feet and leave the "holler" and to find my place in the world and raise my own family of hungry boys.

The good news is: Since these folks have obviously been harmed by Trumpy's weaponization of the government they may be eligible to apply for the upcoming Democrats $1.619 anti Trumpy billion dollar slush fund.

The bad news is they may need to vote for democrats and to wait a few years.
