The footage shows an HSI agent and another agent wrestling Gabriel to the ground, placing him in a chokehold, and striking him. Gabriel is then seen slipping out of his shirt to break free. The HSI agent gives chase, appears to overextend while trying to grab him, and falls to the ground At no point was the agent's body armor removed. The agent quickly recovers and gets into her vehicle to continue the pursuit.
