The U.S. Department of Justice sued Oklahoma on Tuesday seeking to block a law that seeks to impose criminal penalties on those living in the state illegally.
Biden is not enforcing federal immigration laws and when states try to pick up the slack his admin does everything in its power to stop them.

Not a single one, huh?
Because according to the internet, the number of arrests for illegally crossing the U.S. southern border with Mexico has fluctuated under the Biden administration, but overall remains high compared to historical levels.
Specifically, in February 2024, Border Patrol agents made 140,644 arrests of people attempting to enter the country between legal border crossing points. This was an increase from January 2024 when there were 124,220 arrests.
However, the February 2024 number was still lower than the record high of 249,785 arrests in December 2023, which had increased tensions over immigration.
The Biden administration has cited enhanced enforcement efforts by Mexico as well as seasonal fluctuations as reasons for the drop in arrests from the December 2023 peak.
Overall, in Biden's first three years through early 2024, over 9 million illegal immigrants had entered the country, including 1.7 million known "gotaways" who evaded arrest, according to Republican critics.

Nope, not a single one.
@#31 ... That's by design. ...
Two questions...
1) got links?
2) why?
It seems to me, and the Border Patrol that this incursion may be purposeful...

Walls and fences are temporary solutions that focus on the symptom (illegal immigration) rather than the problem (employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens).
Walls and fences are only a speed bump. People who want to come to the United States to obtain employment will continue to go over, under, and around the walls and fences that are constructed.
Walls and fences will undoubtedly result in an increase in fraudulent documents and smuggling through the Ports of Entry.
Walls and fences do not solve the issue of people entering the country legally and staying beyond the date they are required to leave the country, a problem which will undoubtedly increase as more walls and fences are constructed.

Inside the World of Misinformation Targeting Migrants on Social Media (2022)
www.techtransparencyproject.org
... Migrants undertaking the perilous journey to the U.S. are overwhelmingly dependent on Facebook and WhatsApp, yet the platforms' owner, Meta, has done little to stop dangerous misinformation targeting them, according to a new survey of migrants headed to the U.S.
The study, conducted by the Tech Transparency Project (TTP), revealed that migrants were well aware of the myriad ways in which incorrect or deceptive information on social media platforms could make their lives more dangerous. Migrants told TTP that Facebook and WhatsApp connected them with individuals who promised to help them gain entry to the U.S., only to steal their money or abandon them in dangerous situations. ...

Illegal Immigration isn't just one problem, it's multilayered.
If the government didn't allow illegal immigrants to exist in the country do you think companies would be hiring them?
What came first the illegal immigrant crossing the border, or a company hiring an illegal immigrant?
The laws as I have stated are setup to protect illegal immigrants from corporations finding out their legal status.
Employers are prohibited from discriminating against employees based on their national origin or citizenship status. Employers cannot refuse to hire or terminate employees based on their immigration status. It is also unlawful to ask employees about their immigration status or national origin, except as required by federal law. To avoid discrimination claims, employers must implement policies that promote equal employment opportunities regardless of immigration status or national origin.
