President-elect Trump will nominate Scott Bessent, a financier focused on global macroeconomics, as his Treasury secretary, which would make him the incoming administration's top economic official.

How can Trump betray his White Christian Nazi base like that? Unlike heslthcare, science, immigration and tariffs, when it comes to money experience and knowledge matters.

You can say that no trumpers care about them (those two) being gay, but the Administration has courted people that have helped put the death penalty in place in some countries in Africa. This administration is choosing Bondi as the Atty General, a Atty General of the state of FL who has been on a crusade to ban same sex marriage, demonizing gays as all kinds of predators, on and on and on.

So no, I'm not proud of these two gay men, one for HUGE financial support and putting JD Vance in as VP, and one for joining an Admin that has voiced intent on ripping his family apart. Billionaires that believe they'll be protected.

Am I proud of Mr Thiel's actions in that area? No.

Again, absolutely not.

Unlike many in MAGA, I do not automatically think that those with differing political opinions should have the military targeted at them.
