The founder of a neo-Nazi group has been convicted of charges after authorities said he and a woman he met in prison planned a series of "sniper attacks" on electrical substations, hoping to ignite a "race war."

Well, we did already have one race war. Nearly a million Americans died in it. And somebody had to start it.

The American Civil War began when Confederate forces fired on Fort Sumter in Charleston, South Carolina on April 12, 1861, marking the start of the war; therefore, the Confederacy is considered to have "started" the Civil War.
