Trump Asks Supreme Court to Block Return of Wrongly Deported Man

The Trump administration has asked the Supreme Court for emergency intervention in the case of a Maryland man the government -- by its own admission -- removed to El Salvador by mistake and now must return by 11:59 p.m. on Monday under a lower court's order.

There are three possible conditions that if one exists gives him power of the Alien Enemies Act.

I told you guys when he declared the cartels as terrorist, this was going to happen.

In a direct slap of the Buffoon, they can bring habeas petitions to challenge their detention and removal.
