Cruelty has always been the point.

When they kidnap an 82 year old green card holder, who has lived in the US for 50 years at an appointment to get a green card replaced and send him to a country he never had been to and tell his family he is dead, there is no other explanation.

These people are scum. Vile scum. They deserve all the bad things that come to them.

The people that cheer for this are no better than them either.

Bereft of compassion and moral character. They don't have any redeeming qualities other than someday they will assume room temperature.
