Washington " President Trump said Friday he is canceling all orders signed by former President Joe Biden using an autopen, a mechanical device that reproduces signatures. "Any document signed" by Biden via the use of an autopen "is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect," Mr. Trump wrote on Truth Social. "I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally," Mr. Trump said. "Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury."

It is spectacularly dumb to think Trump is going to prove an autopen was used on a pardon without Biden knowingly granting that pardon. The claim Biden doesn't know what he signed is the kind of asinine thing that MAGA Republicans and Fox News viewers tell each other without ever bothering to ask themselves if there's evidence behind what they are alleging. Or whether it makes any damn sense at all.

Rule 13J of the delegate selection rules contained a loophole that would allow (elected) convention delegates to vote for whoever they wanted to vote for; just because Biden had won the vast majority of delegates didn't mean the delegates were stuck with him.
