There's a lot of grifters pushing a combo of IVM and another anti-parasitic called fenbendazole.

Like every other pile of snake oil s*&^, it always seems to do exceedingly well when it's a woman's cousin's friends' boss' plumber's guy they knew posting about it on social media.

But when it's a case that's high profile enough to be seen publicly (like Scott Adams) or in actual trials, it doesn't do d*&^.

It's basically just another pharmaceutical drug, and it's just a symptom of the way many pharmaceuticals are marketed. People who scoff at it as "horse paste" for political or personal reasons are just as bad as those hawking it for said reasons.

We're well aware it's a drug.

But it's not a drug for cancer treatment. Or COVID treatment.

It's an anti-parasitic that has been coopted by wellness loons as a cure-all because they can sell it. The grifting fraud group "America's Frontline Doctors" were found to have made tens of millions of dollars by charging people for telehealth calls where they then prescribed the "patient" ivermectin without ever even seeing them or examining them in person.

People calling it horse paste are doing so as a mockery of people who are so desperate to follow this crackpottery they have gone to farm supply stores and purchases veterinary formulations to take.

So no, they're not nearly as bad as the idiots buying into this nonsense.

Maybe fully understand the context before pontificating?
