Republican presidential candidate popped into Rockefeller Plaza on Saturday for a surprise appearance on NBC's "Saturday Night Live," where she called out former President Trump's resistance to debate and ongoing legal battles.

It would SO much FUN if she actually somehow got the nomination over Trump.

He would never live it down... and would end up claiming that the Election that he absolutely controlled was.... rigged.

I cringe more at Haley's civil war response because of her willingness to say what she thinks Republicans want to hear, despite her own beliefs, than I do about her actual beliefs.

Of course she knows slavery was the driving issue behind the civil war. She just didn't want to say it out loud.

But she got on TV, in front of a liberal crowd, and admitted she screwed up. So good for her.

Unfortunately, it's a long shot. Trump and the RNC have got the Republican primaries rigged in his favour so he becomes The Annointed One (just like Hillary in 2016, aah the irony). Meanwhile, the left are overconfident (just like in 2016) that they'll be able to beat him if he's the nominee, so they're willing to take the chance of putting their country through hell again by helping him achieve that.
