When was the last time Elon won a lawsuit defending Twitter from his own stupidity?

This one confuses me. Can someone really sue a company for NOT advertising on their platform? Is there anyone that can reasonably explain the basis of this lawsuit?

I also agree that this would ultimately run away additional companies from using the platform for advertising. Maybe Twitter can survive solely off of scam ads.

What happened to all this free speech talk? Money is speech last time I checked with SCOTUS.

How is it illegal or a tort to NOT do something unless you have a binding contract to do something?

I don't want to advertise on any Right Wing site and I make that known somehow, how is that an actionable event?

One does not have to be sane to acquire rather than earn money.

The comic strip "The Phantom" just started a story about a Musk lookalike named Ian Mollusk.
