Springfield Mayor says Trump Visit would be 'an extreme strain'

False rumors targeting citizens of Springfield, Ohio, from the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Vice President candidate JD Vance has caused a deluge of bomb threats to people and places in the rural town. Now Trump is saying at rallies that he is planning to personally visit the stressed city. The town's mayor says that police resources are already stretched and visit from Trump would be "an extreme strain."

Apparently according to a Republican Trumpy is worse for Springfield than 20,000 Haitian immigrants.

Visiting Springfield would just be a continuation of the original diversion. Anything to keep the media's attention on this hoax.

Should this happen, the citizens of Springfield would be well advised to let Trump come face to face with what appears to be a ghost town ~ if you get my drift. It wouldn't hurt to have a mysterious electrical outage at the same time.

Whatever the actual number, most of them are there legally and are a productive part of the community. A stark contrast to whomever is disrupting the town with bomb threats and bigotry.

If he does go for a visit, make sure you get paid up front. At least $250,000 for the extra security, other wise you will be holding the bag, again.

Smart mayor. He knows the Trump campaign doesn't pay their bills. I wouldn't welcome that freak show in my town either.
