Yes, IP geolocation is far from 100%. Certainly not enough to prove criminal guilt on its own. But also one heck of a coinky-dink that, out of the entire world, "Black Nazi's" IP address was geolocated to within 30 miles of Mark Robinson's home.

What Reinheitsgebot said about Robinson turning down tech help to locate Black Nazi pretty much settles it, if there was ever any doubt.

All use of political influence and subsequent frivolous claims of hate based on aforementioned need banned and punished.
