Former President Donald Trump called for Google to be criminally prosecuted for what he called the company's bias toward his election opponent Vice President Kamala Harris in online search results.

I'm sure he'll call it election interference. I'm surprised he hasn't called for the prosecution of George Conway, the Lincoln Project, General Stanley McChrystal, Taylor Swift, Magic Johnson, Dick and Liz Cheney, etc. for election interference for their full throated endorsements of VPOTUS Harris. Anyone and anything that does not worship or show Dotard in the best possible light is election interference in his tiny, siphilitic mind.

Maybe anyone with a foreign ip address who posts proven lies on American media 6 months prior to a presidential election should be prosecuted for election interference.

I've been wondering lately how anybody could go about suing AI for anything?

Isn't AI a non-entity? A machine, so to speak, that just calls'em as it sees'em?

And wouldn't AI have to show up in court for a trial?
Can AI take the Oath?
Can AI sign anything?
Can AI give Power of Attorney?
Can AI pay for legal services?
Can AI go to jail or pay a fine?

When you have to appear in court, who or what is the accuser you need to defend yourself against?

A piece of hardware sitting on a pole that cannot appear in court?
